Tuberculosis diagnostics

This represents a major leap forward from traditional interferon-gamma release assays. The diagnostic is based on the detection of the biomarker IP-10 (interferon-gamma induced protein 10) which is secreted in concentrations of up to 100 times higher than INF-gamma after specific T-cell stimulation with tuberculosis antigens.

Three tubes, two choices – the portfolio offers a professional laboratory solution for medium to high throughput (ELISA) as well as for smaller laboratory settings or remote locations with limited lab equipment in form of a lateral flow test.
